Working principle

(1) Filling: The filling valve is opened, forming a passage between the bottle and the liquid cylinder. The material enters the bottle through this passage, and at the same time, the air in the bottle flows back to the material cylinder through the return pipe at the same speed. Until the material in the bottle rises and overflows the return pipe, the material continues to flow out.

(2) Valve closing: After the filled bottle is left to stand for a certain period of time, the liquid valve is closed to cut off the passage between the liquid cylinder and the bottle.

(3) Exhaust: The exhaust valve opens, creating a pathway between the bottle and the atmosphere. The pressure in the bottle is released through this pathway. The post release process continues until the bottle is detached from the filling component.

The fully automatic negative pressure filling machine is a mechanical negative pressure filling machine. The empty bottles transmitted from the conveyor line are sent to the turntable through the bottle inlet and outlet wheel mechanism. The empty bottles rotate with the whole machine and are lifted by the hard support mechanism. After the bottle mouth contacts the filling valve, the filling valve is automatically opened for filling. After filling is completed, the bottles are automatically pulled out and enter the bottle conveying line, and the entire filling process is completed. In addition, before manually capping, add a nozzle on both sides of the chain to rinse the bottle mouth, to prevent the phenomenon of long hair on the bottle mouth after liquid is screwed on.

Performance characteristics

(1) Liquid level filling: using negative pressure filling, effectively avoiding the foaming phenomenon of the filling liquid.

(2) Long lifespan: The filling valve has a precise structure, few sealing components, and is reliable and durable.

(3) Spray wall filling: During filling, the liquid flows down along the inner wall of the container, effectively preventing the foaming phenomenon caused by the liquid impacting the bottom of the bottle.

(4) Less bottle damage: Adopting an elastic bottle support structure, the bottle support is soft during filling, effectively reducing bottle damage.

(5) No bottle, no filling: Bottles with no bottle or defective bottle mouth are not filled to improve the quality of the filled product.

(6) Maintenance aspect: The filling valve has a simple structure, easy disassembly, and cleaning.
